Position Summary
Customer Service Rep – Tax (Seasonal, Bilingual: English/Spanish) – Remote. Provide inbound/outbound call and internet support to customers, resolving routine issues and questions about client products and services. This role is open for ongoing applications and encourages veterans to apply. Responsibilities
Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer’s preferred language. Help customers resolve basic technical issues. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases. Offer additional products and/or services. Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile. Qualifications
Fluent reading, writing, and speaking in both Spanish and English. 1+ year of customer service experience. Open availability. High school diploma or GED. Quiet, distraction‑free home work environment. Proficiency in fast‑paced multi‑tasking. Eagerness to learn new technologies. Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge. Desktop or laptop that meets the following specifications:
Windows 10+; RAM 8GB or higher. Processor: Intel i5 / AMD Ryzen 5 or higher.
Internet requirements:
DSL, Cable, or Fiber connection (no satellite or Wi‑Fi hotspots). Speeds of at least 10 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload. Connection must be hard‑wired with an Ethernet cable.
Must reside in the United States with a valid U.S. address. Benefits
