Job Description
Dietary Utility Worker / Dishwasher is a part-time opportunity. Northern Nevada Medical Center, a 124-bed acute care hospital located at 2375 E. Prater Way in Sparks, Nevada, provides quality healthcare in a comfortable, accessible environment that serves thousands of patients each year. The role is performed under the direct supervision of the nutritional services manager or supervisor, handling a variety of patient food service and dish duties.
Responsibilities
Cleans and sanitizes all kitchen equipment and areas including carts, storage areas, refrigerators, freezers, and floors.
Performs special cleaning duties as assigned by the department director/supervisor.
Maintains kitchen in a clean, neat and organized manner.
