Training:
Training will take place on 1st shift for 3–4 weeks, after which the employee will be released to the assigned shift.
OVERVIEW Under minimal supervision, provide basic color matching and small‑batch blending support on‑site at the customer location.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Produce and quality‑control inks to ensure inks meet or exceed customer specifications.
Provide press‑side technical support, primarily color toning.
Maintain detailed production and QC records.
Identify basic rework opportunities based on batch‑ticket review.
Maintain housekeeping and safe operations.
Lift up to 50 lb. buckets and move 500 lb. drums following standard procedures.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED.
1+ years of industry experience.
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and dispensing and color‑match software.
High degree of interpersonal skill (customer‑facing).
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Physical capability to lift and move heavy items as described above.
