What Does a Breakfast Coordinator Do?
Operates the restaurant in the absence of a Manager during breakfast hours*
Responsible for opening the restaurant and serving breakfast to our guests
Inspires and guides their staff
Completes daily paperwork to track success and manage finances
Manages breakfast inventory
The Breakfast Coordinator is the chief of their team, ensuring excellent guest service, resolving issues, and maintaining inventory accuracy. They touch inventory, paperwork, financials, and oversee the shift, preparing the restaurant for lunch business.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old
Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment with a team
Physical Demands
Counting money accurately
Reading and writing in English
Carrying up to 40 pounds regularly
Basic computer skills
Remaining on your feet for several hours at a time
Reach, bend, see, stoop, kneel, squeeze, and press
