Broad River Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our
Dayton, Ohio
Skilled Nursing Facility. The role is part‑time, 20–25 hours per week, with a flexible schedule and a focus on maximizing residents’ functional potential.
Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat residents under physicians’ orders using a variety of physical therapeutic procedures and assistive devices.
Develop and implement individualized care plans to enhance residents’ functional mobility and quality of life.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to monitor progress and adjust treatment goals.
Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of employment.
Degree in Physical Therapy.
