The Events Assistant plays a key role in supporting the coordination and execution of corporate events, brand activations, and promotional experiences. Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events from concept to completion
Support event logistics, scheduling, and on-site coordination
Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth operations
Prepare event materials, reports, and documentation
Ensure events align with brand standards and client expectations
Provide hands‑on support before, during, and after events
