What You'll Be Doing
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to meet production and customer schedules
Verify accuracy of shipping documentation, including BOLs, packing lists, and invoices
Coordinate packing activities and calculate the required truck space
Load trucks with outgoing orders and ensure proper loading / unloading procedures
Ensure shipments are labeled and marked according to work orders and customer requirements
Monitor shipping schedules and communicate with production and warehouse teams
Report damaged goods, discrepancies, or nonconformities to management
Manage product returns and document all related transactions
Receive, inspect, and log all incoming materials per receiving inspection procedures
Store incoming products in designated warehouse locations
Reject or place non-conforming materials in the receiving hold area for proper disposition
Assign and support month‑end inventory counts; assist with resolving discrepancies
Monitor inventory levels and submit replenishment requests as needed
Maintain a clean, organized warehouse in accordance with 5S standards
Support compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
What You Bring to the Table
High school diploma or GED.
Warehouse or shipping experience.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Working knowledge of ERP systems
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX (AX system) preferred
Ability to organize shipments and warehouse storage efficiently.
Strong attention to detail for packing, labeling, and receiving procedures.
Basic math and documentation skills for inventory and order verification.
