Manual Pack Operator Job Description
As a Manual Pack Operator, you will be responsible for manually assembling boxes and packing the final products, including brick bags and instructions, into the packaging for shipment. This role requires standing for 12-hour shifts in an assembly line format, working shoulder to shoulder with other operators. You will also be responsible for maintaining machines in good condition and ensuring a tidy and clean work area. Responsibilities
Manually assemble boxes and pack final products for shipment. Maintain machines and ensure a clean and tidy work area. Perform tasks required for the production line operations. Ensure accurate production reporting for the assigned line. Meet quality standards and report any issues or failures. Contribute to a smooth production line flow, minimizing downtime. Achieve standard hourly production results. Conduct line operation reporting, including TPM, 5S, QAs, and Line Release Audit. Maintain excellent communication with peers following company values. Support changeovers, quality inspections, and machine cleaning. Essential Skills
1-2 years of experience in production or manufacturing. Ability to stand for 8-12 hour shifts. Experience in quality control, assurance, and checks. Proficiency in inventory management and warehouse operations. Ability to perform repetitive tasks on an assembly line. Capability to make a box in less than 2 seconds. Ability to lift 50 lbs while loading full boxes onto pallets. Additional Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED preferred. Experience in environments where performance is measured. No unexplained large gaps in employment. Ability to maintain tenure in jobs for 1-2 years before movement. Why Work Here?

Work in a state-of-the-art, climate-controlled facility at approximately 72 degrees. The packaging operation and logistics department are housed in a clean environment. You will have access to lockers and a canteen/breakroom with food and drink machines. A rotation schedule includes shifts of standing and sitting, and adherence to safety protocols is required. Cell phones are not allowed on the production floor and must be kept in lockers or cars. Job Type & Location

The pay range for this position is $19.15 – $19.15/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
