Base pay range $13.00/hr - $14.00/hr
Summary Directly supports the store manager, ensuring the store runs efficiently and follows all laws and policies while maximizing sales and maintaining asset control. Hours worked during third shift may qualify for additional pay (Shift differential).
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service leadership to all customers.
Acknowledge and greet all customers that come into the store.
Ensure that all company policies are being followed.
Promote and maintain a clean and organized store appearance inside and out.
Efficiently process both cash and card transactions with integrity.
Ensure all merchandising and marketing programs are implemented properly, including maintaining planogram integrity and appropriate sign placement.
Ensure foodservice products are fresh and appealing by rotating products appropriately and removing out-of-date products.
Monitor store activities to ensure that transactions are taking place in the proper manner.
Respond quickly to all emergencies for the safety and security of customers and employees and notify the appropriate individuals.
Requirements
Retail experience / Customer Service Experience Required.
Able to occasionally lift 50 pounds.
Able to frequently lift objects up to 10 pounds.
Able to stand for an entire shift.
Ability to periodically handle routine physical tasks such as climbing, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and/or pulling.
Comfortable working in intermittent temperatures for short periods of time, e.g., in the store, outside, and in the cooler.
Available to work curious shifts and days of the week as required by the retail environment, including weekends, evenings, and busy periods/holidays.
