The Terraces of Phoenix, a distinguished HumanGood life plan community, is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN/LVN) for its Assisted Living Team. Our LPN/LVN are responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our "Philosophy for person-directed Care." You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm, and help develop assignments in coordination with the care partners, keeping each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.
Full-time: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. $34.00-$42.00/hr (DOE).
Qualifications
Current LPN/LVN license in the state you are applying.
Current CPR certification.
Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute care preferred.
