Full Circle Recovery Services was established in Dayton, Ohio, in response to the opioid epidemic. As an outpatient agency, we aim to make a significant impact by providing individualized treatment for those struggling with addiction. Our multidisciplinary team, including Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Social Workers, Licensed Professional Counselors, Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselors, Case Managers, and Peer Supporters collaborates to support clients in overcoming challenges and achieving sobriety. With a high staff-to-client ratio, our success rate exceeds the national average.
Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Mental Health Counselor based in Dayton or Fairfield OH, with regular work-from-home flexibility. The Mental Health Counselor will be responsible for conducting mental health assessments, implementing treatment plans, providing in-person and virtual individual counseling sessions, and performing crisis intervention. The Mental Health Counselor will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support clients in achieving their recovery goals. Qualifications
Skills in Assessment, Treatment Planning, and Individual Psychotherapy Proficiency in Mental Health Diagnosis and symptomatology Experience with SUD Counseling and Motivational Interviewing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Addiction Studies, or related field Licensed as a Professional Counselor (LPC), Social Worker (LSW), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Ohio Seniority Level
