Position Overview
Perform engineering work as a technical expert on complex and specialist subjects. Supports management with the analysis, interpretation, and application of complex information.
Essential Job Duties / Responsibilities
Respond to issues related to environment, hardware, system, and/or software, and implement resolution across technology areas.
Support multiple systems simultaneously and provide leadership for large project efforts.
Perform configuration management, system administration, security administration, network administration, development system implementation, and/or production system implementation.
Provide support or lead activities related to change management, outage management, and/or project management.
Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent work experience plus five (5) years of experience in an information technology or engineering environment.
Knowledge of capital planning and forecasting.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong knowledge of software, hardware, and network technologies.
Job Conditions
Some travel required.
Pay Range Pay Range: $74,814.00 – $141,847.00 per year (location‑specific ranges as listed above).
