Senior Technical Service Sales Representative, - New York, New Jersey, New England
An independent sales role focused on maximizing MSO account retention, profitability, and partnership. You will increase sales growth by identifying areas for expansion and improvement, coordinating with sales, accounting, and marketing teams to develop and implement solutions, and ensuring compliance with best practices and regulations across local, regional, national, and global sales teams. Your territory includes Northern New Jersey, New York, and Western New England. You will report directly to the Senior Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
Communicate market changes.
Stay current on products, processes, and system upgrades (Continuous Learning).
Serve as a gatekeeper for installations, upgrades, and national account mandates.
Manage accounts.
Communicate with the sales team about product needs or information.
Maintain industry knowledge.
Qualifications
College degree or 3+ years of equivalent work experience in a related field.
Customer service experience.
Accountable with accurate follow‑up.
Able to work with all levels of the team.
Manage technical customer service support.
Experience interpreting and responding to customer requests.
