R\_781843**Purpose:**Develop personal clientele and be instrumental in the development, enhancement and success of the Jimmy Choo brand.**Role and Responsibilities:*** Represent the brand through client interactions (in-store and virtually) and act as a brand ambassador in the community* Fulfill key-holder responsibilities (i.e., store opening and closing, cash handling and financial responsibilities)* Maintain a high level of product knowledge* Provide prompt, attentive and knowledgeable assistance to all clients and ensure the highest service standards are maintained at all times* Cash wrap standards* Client book management* Inventory management* Customer and After Sales service* Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures and directives* End-of-Day Procedures (i.e. bag checks)* Cultivate and maintain excellent Clientele relationships with consistent follow up as needed, including:* Phone calls, emails, and thank you letters* Maintain high productivity (consistently achieve and where possible, exceed monthly sales targets)* Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to achieve financial targets and increase sales* Assist with inventory and special projects as needed* Associates should be able to effectively cover Back of House as needed and perform various inventory as well as Shipping / Receiving tasks* Ensure visual standards are maintained at all times* Be proficient with the register system(s)—The Company is an equal employment opportunity employer.
