You’ll be the first impression for our clients and visitors, creating a welcoming environment while ensuring smooth office operations and team coordination. Your work will span three key areas: Client Experience
Manage phone lines, greet visitors, and uphold a professional office appearance. Coordinate client recognition programs including gifts, cards, and holiday initiatives. Assist with scheduling client appointments and supporting client communications. Office Administration
Oversee office supplies, mail, deposits, and vendor relationships. Maintain calendars, files, and other office systems to support team efficiency. Team Engagement
Organize team lunches, meetings, and events. Provide weekly firmwide updates via the Moneco intranet. What We’re Looking For
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 2+ years of client service or administrative experience preferred.
