Entry Level Parts Counter
Nissan of Richardson is hiring a Parts Counter Representative!
Help customers and technicians find and order the right parts. You'll handle inventory, process sales, answer phones, and order items we don't have in stock. Good customer service, organization, and basic computer skills are needed. We'll train the right person.

Role Responsibilities:
Help customers and technicians identify and select the right parts and accessories, offering product information and recommendations.
Process sales, handle phone inquiries, locate parts in-store, and order back-ordered items as needed.
Stock shelves, organize parts, perform counts, and ensure accurate stick levels.
Maintain sales records, communicate with suppliers, and follow up on special orders.
Keep the parts counter clean, organized, and handle deliveries/pickups.
Employee Prerequisites:
Streamlined onboarding process
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM (1-hour lunch); every 3rd Saturday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM (no lunch, company provides food)
Sales experience and knowledge of automotive parts preferred, but not required (pay based on experience)
Basic computer skills
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
Must be able to stand, walk, or sit for up to 5 hours and lift up to 100 lbs.
