If yes, how you will contribute to the team: As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care. Under the direction of a registered nurse, you will deliver a full range of nursing care. This includes but not limited to: Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents; Conducting daily rounds to observe the resident’s physical and emotional status; Medication administration; Monitoring resident care provided by unlicensed staff; Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information; and Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment. Must Have: LPN with current licensure to practice in Nevada Strong communication and organizational skills Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn Nice to Have: Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) Who we are: The Heights of Summerlin believes in cultivating a family culture and thrives on person-centered care.
