Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary Provide therapy via telehealth to Utah clients with a consistent weekday schedule. You’ll focus on assessment, ongoing sessions, and clear documentation that supports treatment planning.
Responsibilities
Provide individual telehealth therapy sessions
Conduct assessments and document diagnostic impressions
Develop and maintain treatment plans
Maintain EMR documentation within required timelines
Attend case reviews and trainings
Qualifications
Active Utah license:
LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT
Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
Therapy experience preferred
Strong documentation and organization
