MEYER MOTORS, INC.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining smooth office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in office management or clerical roles.
Responsibilities
Daily accounting duties involving service repair orders and parts tickets
Organize paperwork for new and used vehicle sales after delivery, make copies, send information to correct financial institutions
Accounts Receivables/Payables
Greet visitors and manage front desk duties with professionalism and courtesy
Answer and direct multi-line phone systems efficiently, providing excellent customer support and support to internal staff
Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
Cashiering
Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement as needed
Delivery Reporting to General Motors of new vehicle sales
Assist with administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, and organizing documents
Provide general administrative support including filing, faxing, data entry, and word processing
Support office management activities to ensure a productive work environment
Requirements
Proven experience in an office environment or administrative role; clerical or medical receptionist experience is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly with strong attention to detail
Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines efficiently
Desire to learn and able to demonstrate initiative, integrity, and professionalism
