The Opportunity We are seeking a bilingual, friendly, and detail‑oriented Call Center Representative to join our team in El Paso, Texas. In this role, you will support our pediatric and orthodontic dental offices across multiple states by handling inbound and outbound calls, helping patients prepare for visits, ensuring accurate information and insurance details, and keeping our office teams informed and organized. The ideal candidate is a clear communicator who enjoys providing excellent service in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
Assist our pediatric and/or orthodontic dental offices
Handle inbound and outbound phone calls
Follow up with patients to confirm appointments, provide pre‑visit instructions, and address any changes or cancellations
Verify insurance eligibility
Register new patients
Collect and update patient information in the dental office’s database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Maintain a professional and courteous tone during all interactions with patients, fostering a positive and welcoming environment

Compensation and Schedule
Salary: $12.25 per hour
Bonus Pay: Up to $200 additional per month
Schedule: Day shift, Monday‑Friday
