Position Summary:

The Production Clerk is responsible for managing on‑site inventory and ensuring accurate tracking of materials using SAP. This role supports daily operations by receiving, storing, issuing, and delivering materials and packages across the site while maintaining required safety stock levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate inventory records for all store items using SAP

Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and stock availability

Receive and process deliveries (UPS, FedEx, freight) and complete goods receipt transactions in SAP

Deliver packages and materials to designated internal customers across the site

Build, stage, and store kits based on work order requirements

Coordinate outbound shipments using UPS, FedEx, or freight carriers

Prepare bills of lading for off‑site equipment and material movements

Safely unload delivery trucks using a forklift

Independently lift, carry, and move packages and materials as required to perform job duties

Support extended work hours during preventative maintenance (PM) days or annual outages as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required

Minimum 2 years of inventory control experience

Minimum 2 years of SAP experience, including goods receipts and cycle counts

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook; PowerPoint a plus)

Forklift operation certification or ability to become certified
