We are currently seeking experienced and driven candidates to serve as a Front Desk Clerk at this exciting extended‑stay hotel in Beachwood. We offer competitive compensation, a supportive work environment, and numerous opportunities for professional development.
Responsibilities
Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests. Answer telephone calls. Post charges (room, food, telephone), compute bill, collect payment, and make change. Make and confirm reservations. Monitor room availability and block rooms. Program wake‑up calls. Handle guest mail and messages. Perform check‑out services. Open and close shifts, making cash drops as necessary. Maintain market stock and coffee area as needed. Provide guests with information regarding hotel services and local area. Ensure cleanliness of front office, lobby, and surrounding areas. Assist in checking all fixtures, equipment, and conditions for proper operation. Report deficiencies. Qualifications
1 to 3 months related experience; high school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Solid organizational, time‑management, and prioritization skills. Exceptional customer service skills. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Basic computer and administrative skills. Availability to work a flexible schedule. Valid driver’s license from the state with no major violations. Benefits
