Hueston Woods Lodge & Conference Center is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor two nights per week to join our team in College Corner, OH. The Night Auditor plays a vital role in ensuring smooth overnight operations by balancing accounting records and providing excellent service to our overnight guests.
Responsibilities
Perform nightly audit procedures, including reconciling daily financial transactions and generating reports.
Check-in and check-out guests during overnight hours with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of hotel activities during the night shift.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Monitor security and safety procedures throughout the property overnight.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in hospitality or accounting preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency with basic accounting and hotel management software.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends.
