Seeking OTA's to service Home Health clients in San Antonio and surrounding Areas.

What You'll Do:
Assist in the implementation of treatment plans developed by Occupational Therapist.
Instruct patients and families in home programs, basic living skills, and care and use of adaptive equipment.
Monitor patients' progress and report to the Occupational Therapist.
Maintain patient records and documentation according to regulatory standards.
Prepare treatment areas and equipment.
Contribute to patient care planning
Qualifications:
Current state licensure or certification as Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA)
