What You’ll Do
Assist in receiving, dispatching, inspecting, handling and stocking inbound products.
Receive returns, count and confirm quantities, determine condition and complete paperwork.
Arrange for pick‑up of shipments, contact delivery drivers and coordinate schedules.
Communicate effectively with other departments in the company.
Respond quickly to customer/client inquiries, resolve problems, and communicate service issues to supervisor.
Encourage safe work practices in others.
Arrange daily cycle count and follow variance.
Provide weekly report updates.
Other duties as assigned to the position.
Qualifications
High school diploma with at least 1 year of relevant work experience, or Associate’s degree with at least 0.5 year (6 months) of relevant work experience.
Moderate computer skills, assist in report data collection.
Strong sense of responsibility, follow supervision, good communication skills.
Morning shift 6am - 2pm.
