Job Title: Dispatcher Company: FixtPT Physical Therapy and Wellness Location: Lawrenceville, Georgia, United States Contract Details: Part‑time
Overview FixtPT Physical Therapy and Wellness is a leading provider of physical therapy and wellness services in Lawrenceville, Georgia. We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Dispatcher to join our team on a part‑time basis. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating the scheduling and dispatching of our physical therapists to various client locations.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and process incoming requests for physical therapy services from clients and healthcare providers
Schedule appointments for physical therapists based on availability and client needs
Communicate with physical therapists to ensure timely arrival at scheduled appointments
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of scheduled appointments and therapist availability
Monitor and track therapist progress and location throughout the day
Handle any schedule changes or cancellations and communicate updates to clients and therapists
Collaborate with the billing department to ensure accurate and timely invoicing for services rendered
Provide excellent customer service to clients and address any concerns or issues that may arise
Maintain a professional and organized work environment
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a dispatch or scheduling role preferred
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in computer skills and experience with scheduling software
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Knowledge of physical therapy terminology and procedures is a plus
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
