ABA Practicum Student – BCBA Track Join Autism & Behavioral Spectrum to advance your BCBA training through meaningful supervision and hands‑on experience in our ReggioABA™ model. Our clinics in Missouri provide a supportive, child‑led environment that emphasizes evidence‑based ABA therapy for children ages 1‑6.

Practicum Program Details

Financially supported with restricted and unrestricted hours—earn while you learn.

Regular client pairings for consistent, diverse experience.

Daily supervision and specialized training by experienced BCBAs, including 1:1 meetings for challenging topics.

Smaller caseloads to optimize learning and client care.

Resource hub with coursework, assessments, and field‑based skill development.

Selection & Performance Review Acceptance is determined after a two‑week performance review. Candidates are evaluated on adherence to ABS protocols, BACB ethical standards, training schedule completion, assignment execution, and other duties requested by ABS personnel.

Practicum Position Qualifications

Active enrollment in a master’s or doctoral program in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education.

Prepared to fulfill BACB coursework requirements (5th/6th Edition Task List) under supervision.

Essential Qualifications

Age: At least 18 years old.

Education: High School Diploma or GED.

Background Check: Must pass and maintain a clear record.

Conflict of Interest: No immediate family members currently receiving services at our clinics.

Physical & Safety Capability

Willing and able to lift/move children up to 45 lbs.

Emotionally and physically capable of supporting children with challenging behaviors.

Professional Reliability & Commitment

Consistent attendance and punctuality.

Reliable transportation to assigned clinic.
