Description We’re looking for a hands‑on part‑time maintenance technician to join our team working 20-25 hours per week. You’ll make sure our facilities are operating efficiently, regularly inspect our building for any damage, and conduct routine maintenance on our equipment to keep it running smoothly, as well as handling snow plowing and snow removal.

Responsibilities
General community maintenance/curb appeal
Daily grounds‑keeping and cleanup
Mowing, trimming, and landscaping
Snow removal, salting, sanding
Light painting and carpentry work
Minor plumbing and electrical repairs
Monthly vehicle and equipment inspections & reporting
Equipment maintenance
On‑call for after‑hours emergencies
Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, walls, and perform necessary repairs
Take additional maintenance requests as assigned
Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks
Record when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made
Qualifications
Must have knowledge of the proper use of power and hand tools
Must have experience with and knowledge of the proper use of landscaping and plowing equipment
Experience in structural elements, framing, dry‑wall installation, flooring, and painting preferred
Plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC experience is helpful
Must have knowledge of safety procedures and be willing to work safely
Must possess the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Must be able and willing to work independently under the direction of the community manager
Must have a valid driver’s license with no major violations
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule and be on‑call for evening and weekend emergencies
Must undergo a standard background check
At least 2 years of maintenance experience
Stellar communication skills, attention to detail, and work ethic
Must have graduated from high school/received GED or equivalent
Compensation $22 - $23 hourly
