Position Summary Ryder is hiring a material handler for its West Fargo warehouse. The role involves operating a sit‑down forklift and performing loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and cycle counting duties.
Responsibilities
Operate powered industrial trucks (sit‑down forklift – electric/gas) per safety guidelines.
Perform loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and cycle counting as required.
Accurately fill and audit picking sheets, return documentation, and bills of lading.
Maintain and support automated packing systems during core shift hours.
Complete day‑to‑day paperwork and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
At least one year of warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience.
Valid Forklift Operator’s License, certified.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a diverse environment.
Meticulous, dependable, punctual with a good attendance record.
Strong initiative and high accuracy even under pressure.
Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work within health & safety protocols.
Availability for flexible schedules across various shifts.

Weekly pay at $20.00 per hour.
