Position Summary The primary function of a delivery driver is to safely and efficiently operate a commercial motor vehicle in compliance with company policies along with Federal and State regulations and deliver all freight undamaged. Work as a team player to deliver, load/unload materials while providing a world‑class customer service experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

Inspect truck/trailer for defects for safe operation. Safely load building materials onto flatbed or boom truck and unload products at commercial and residential job sites. Deliver materials to assigned area as directed by the customer while prioritizing personal safety and the safety of those around you.

Maintain records required for compliance with State and Federal regulations.

Report all accidents involving driver or company equipment. Lift heavy building materials up to 100+ lbs. for load/unload. Provide excellent customer service skills and a professional attitude.

Basic Qualifications

High School diploma or GED.

Valid commercial driver's license (CDL). Minimum Class B License; Class A strongly preferred.

Clear three‑year Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).

Overall knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations with core competencies such as trust and integrity, servant leadership, and a positive, humble attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, leading, executing, delegating, and collaborating as needed. Establish and maintain effective relationships at every level of the organization. Champion an inclusive working environment and empower others to bring their full selves to the workplace.

Professional communication, both verbal and written, with coworkers and customers.

Physical Requirements

Remain stationary while driving a commercial vehicle 40% of the time.

Lift heavy building materials up to 80 lbs. for loading/unloading.

Frequently move materials weighing up to 80 lbs. while unloading flatbed; continually operate commercial motor vehicle or boom vehicle; constantly position self to unload materials from flatbed or boom.

Judge distance while delivering materials and/or operating boom.

Communicate with management and coworkers, exchanging accurate information as needed.

Work continuously in an outdoor environment while making deliveries.
