Customer Service Rep - 1828 Sheridan Rd
We are seeking a friendly and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our Domino's Pizza team. The role involves taking phone orders, handling in‑store customer requests, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Responsibilities
Operate all store equipment (ovens, fryers, order kiosks).
Stock ingredients and prepare product per company recipes.
Receive and process telephone orders and take in‑store orders accurately.
Take inventory, complete related paperwork, and maintain accurate records.
Clean equipment and facility daily and keep the store tidy.
Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
Qualifications
Minimum age 16 years or older.
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and ability to handle correct monetary change.
Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
Ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, push, pull, climb ladders, stoop, bend, and reach. (Detailed physical requirements are included in the full job posting.)
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
