Operates the restaurant in the absence of a Manager during breakfast hours* Responsible for opening the restaurant and serving breakfast to our Guests. Inspires and guides their staff Completes daily paperwork to record Burger King's success! Manages Breakfast Inventory The ultimate responsibility for our Breakfast Coordinator is to ensure that the store delivers excellent guest service during breakfast hours and keeps our customers happy and full. The Breakfast Coordinators are the chiefs of their team, inspiring staff and resolving issues using excellent organizational, communication, and developmental skills. Knowledge of team members' responsibilities and inventory management are crucial for success, as are completing paperwork and managing financials. Breakfast Coordinators manage breakfast shifts and prepare the restaurant for lunch business. Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old. Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment with a team. Physical Demands
Counting money accurately. Reading and writing in English. Carrying up to 40 pounds regularly. Basic computer skills. Remaining on your feet for several hours at a time. Reach, bend, see, stoop, kneel, squeeze, and press. Carrols Cares
