Lead Cleaner- 2nd Shift Job Description Summary

Shift Schedule: Monday through Wednesday from 1pm to 10pm. Saturdays 2pm to 10pm Sundays 11am to 8pm Off Thursdays and Fridays. Job Description

Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of employees within the shift and assigned buildings. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s policies and applicable State and Federal laws. Assist in managing the overall activities of a project(s), and supervise the project crew. Coordinate services activities for assigned buildings. Ensure that services are performed as contracted and meet the customer specifications. Maintain/monitor work schedules of all shift personnel, including the preparation and submission of weekly payroll time sheets. Establish/maintain work performance standards. Conduct quality assurance checks and manage materials inventory as well as general use of equipment, including key controls. Snow removal services. Resolve on‑site services delivery problems. Participate in ongoing management/technical skills development training programs, including safety and safety site committee. Conduct orientation of new employees, develop employees’ skills/abilities. Conference room set‑ups and occasional internal moves as needed. Maintain effective ongoing customer relations. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications

One to three years of supervisory experience, and up‑to‑date knowledge of cleaning practices/procedures. Excellent verbal and written communications skills and the ability to interact effectively at all levels. The incumbent is responsible for assisting in the management of the site account. Specific responsibilities include: work‑scheduling of all shift personnel, establishing work standards in conjunction with the Manager, conducting site evaluations/audits, overall inventory/equipment usage, budget control, employee evaluations, trouble‑shooting/problem solving, orientation/safety training personnel, customer relations, payroll (time sheets, check distribution) and special project work as requested. Requirements

Motivated individual and proactive. Background check required. 1-3 years of supervisory experience. Benefits

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
