Job Description Domino’s Pizza Assistant Managers are the backbone of our business. Assistant Managers handle all aspects of running a Domino’s Pizza store, including leading their team, setting high standards for customer service and maintaining exceptional product quality standards.

Training & Development All Assistant Managers are required to complete our unique Management Development Program. Whether you have limited experience or a background in management, this program teaches everything you need to become a successful manager. It offers self‑paced learning and fast tracking to help you advance quickly.

Opportunities Only our own store managers can apply for franchising opportunities. For many of our General Managers, the ultimate goal is to own their own business. Eligible managers who have successfully operated a Domino’s Pizza store for at least a year may apply for a franchise.

Compensation Assistant Managers receive a competitive salary, performance‑based wage increases and incentives tied to store profitability and overall performance.

Job Requirements & Duties

Responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.

Set the example, follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from your crew.

Staffing, paperwork, food management, scheduling, perfect image and adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.

Maintain cost controls, inventory control, and cash control.

Ensure outstanding customer service and a consistent store image.

Qualifications

At least 18 years old.

Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Management experience is a plus.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Advancement Many team members begin as delivery drivers and become successful Domino’s franchise owners. Career progression can lead from delivery driver to manager, general manager, franchisee, or corporate operations.
