Virtual Mental Health Therapist –LCSW / LCMHC / LMFT

Full-Time Salary:
$115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Role Overview Provide online counseling services to individuals seeking steady, outpatient-level support. You’ll have a structured weekly schedule and a clearly defined caseload.
Main Duties
Complete intake assessments and risk screenings remotely
Deliver ongoing therapy sessions by secure video
Develop and revise treatment plans in collaboration with clients
Maintain clear, organized clinical records in the EMR
Engage in remote team calls or supervision as scheduled
Active North Carolina license as
LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT
Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
Outpatient or telehealth experience is valuable
Comfortable providing all services online
