What You’ll Do:
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.
Implement and adjust therapy interventions to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence.
Document services with our easy-to-use EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations.
Collaborate with OTs, PTs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Provide guidance and supervision to SLPAs, graduate students, and Clinical Fellows as experience allows.
What We’re Looking For:
SLP – Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology; SLPA – Associate or Bachelor's degree.
Oklahoma SLP, CF, or SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain).
Experience or interest in pediatrics; passion for working with children.
Strong work ethic, adaptability, team-oriented mindset.
Bilingual Spanish-English speaking SLPs/SLPAs receive bonus.
