We're seeking an entry level Permit & Warranty Coordinator to join our Gainesville team. Our Permit & Warranty Coordinator helps obtains home building permit applications to begin construction on our customers' dream homes while providing support and high-quality service to our home buyers.

Compensation:
$18/hour
Job Responsibilities
Ordering blueprints, surveys, and other necessary documents for homebuilding permit applications
Maintaining permit tracking reports and following up weekly on permit applications
Dropping off/Picking-up homebuilding permit applications. (reliable transportation required)
Scheduling and supervising subcontractor repairs
Responding to all incoming warranty requests in accordance with procedures set by the Production Manager
Troubleshooting construction-related issues, explaining warranty coverage to homeowners, and coordinating schedules of all parties involved
Scheduling inspections with homeowners, assessing routine warranty claims, and completing service requests
Evaluating subcontractor and product performance while providing updates to the Production Manager
Maintaining detailed warranty reports and documenting all warranty-related communication
Communicating with Local/State Municipalities as needed per home
Answering all incoming calls and routing them accordingly
Processing weekly invoices for approval
Ordering office supplies as needed
Using a computer daily for tasks such as email, word processing, and spreadsheets
Requirements
Reliable transportation
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently
Clear communication skills with homeowners, subcontractors, and municipalities
Basic computer proficiency
