Property Maintenance Technician Details
Temp-to-Hire position
$18.00 to $25.00 /hour
Full Time work available
Weekend work required
First Shift (Monday through Saturday from 06:00am to 06:00pm)
Responsibilities Responsible for the physical maintenance and the general repair of the exterior and interior of the buildings, systems and fixtures within the apartment property.
Qualifications
Trade School and/or military training a plus.
Six months experience in apartment maintenance is preferred.
Must have at least six months of verifiable hands‑on general maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, carpeting, painting, HVAC etc.).
Experience in making repairs to electrical systems, windows, flooring, walls & doors, general heating & cooling and carpentry.
Must possess the ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
Ability to perform basic math and use tape measure.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Applicant may be subject to a background check.
Pre‑employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment.
