Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) Location: Sparks, NV Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary Provide telehealth therapy to clients across Nevada with a predictable schedule and clear documentation expectations. This role is focused on consistent clinical delivery and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

Deliver therapy sessions via secure video

Conduct intake assessments and diagnostic impressions

Create and update treatment plans

Maintain accurate EMR documentation

Participate in case reviews and consults

Support quality review tasks when assigned (chart checks, feedback support)

Qualifications

Active Nevada license: LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT

Master’s degree in a behavioral health field

Therapy experience preferred

Comfortable with a telehealth-only setup
