Full-Time Salary:
$115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary Provide therapy by video to clients throughout New Mexico. You’ll complete assessments, guide treatment over time, and maintain clear documentation in a remote clinical team setting.
Responsibilities
Provide scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
Conduct assessments and diagnostic documentation
Develop treatment plans with clear, shared goals
Maintain timely notes and EMR records
Participate in consults and team meetings
Support clinical review work when assigned (case feedback, documentation checks)
Qualifications
Active New Mexico license:
LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT
Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
Therapy experience preferred
Comfort with technology and remote workflows
