The firm is seeking a seasoned Litigation Legal Assistant (Floater) with 5+ years of civil litigation experience to support a dynamic team of attorneys. This is an incredible opportunity for a polished, proactive professional who thrives in a fast‑pace environment. The firm offers a competitive salary, full benefits and a 7.5 hour workday.
Litigation Legal Assistant (Floater) Key Responsibilities:
Support three attorneys including the Managing Partner
Draft and finalize litigation documents; preform accurate state and federal e‑filing
Manage calendars, schedule hearings, depositions, and client meetings.
Organize case files, track deadlines, and assist with trial preparation.
Communicate professionally with clients and court personnel.
Handle billing, time entries, and expense reports.
