Machine Operator — Wheel Loader / Heavy Equipment Operator Location:
Fulton, MO Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) Compensation:
$22–$25 per hour Requirements:
Steel-toed boots required We are seeking a reliable and skilled Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating wheel loaders and other heavy equipment in a safety-conscious and efficient manner. This is a full-time, onsite position that offers consistent hours and competitive pay. Key Responsibilities
Operate wheel loaders and other heavy equipment to move and manage materials safely and efficiently Perform pre-operation and post-operation inspections of equipment Load, unload, and transport materials as directed Ensure worksite safety and compliance with all company policies and procedures Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding job instructions and site safety Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs promptly Other duties as assigned Qualifications
Previous experience as a wheel loader or heavy equipment operator preferred Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors Knowledge of equipment safety protocols and best practices Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Good communication and teamwork skills Must wear steel-toed boots during work hours Must successfully complete a pre-screening interview Must be able to demonstrate equipment operation during onsite observation with supervisor (Rana)
