We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events that align with our organization’s goals and enhance our brand visibility. You will be responsible for supporting the events team in all aspects of event management, from initial planning stages to post-event evaluations. Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of events, including conferences, seminars, and workshops. Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, and transportation. Support communication efforts with vendors, sponsors, and participants. Manage event registrations and maintain attendee lists. Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly. Assist with marketing and promotional activities related to the events. Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software. Prior experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.
