What You'll Do
Prepare accurate estimates, takeoffs, and budgets for residential builds and renovations
Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, materials, and inspections
Track costs, change orders, and timelines to keep projects on target
Communicate clearly with internal teams and field crews
Requirements
Experience in residential construction project management and estimating
Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and field coordination
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Organized, detail‑oriented, and team‑focused communication
