Reporting to the Art Director, we are seeking a creative, highly organized and motivated full-time

Graphic Designer

to join our team. The Graphic Designer, will assist in creating visual assets that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our customers across various Marketing channels. In this role, you will get to work with a small, brilliant team on one of the most desirable, fast growing DTC brands out there today!

Graphic Design Assist in the creation of graphic elements such as logos, illustrations, icons, infographics, and other visual assets for digital and print projects.

Support the design team in the layout and formatting of marketing materials, including slide decks, social media graphics, and email newsletters.

Create and update templates within Figma (ie: store signage)

Perform flatlay and on-body product color changes

Digital Design Create assets for website

Contribute to the design of website layouts, user interfaces, and digital marketing assets, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and best practices in user experience (UX) design.

E-comm imagery retouching and color correcting

Image Editing Assist in editing and retouching photographs, product images, and other visual content to enhance their quality and suitability for use for brand and ecom.

Video editing experience considered an asset

Brand Compliance Ensure that all design work aligns with the company's brand identity guidelines, maintaining consistency in typography, color palette, imagery, and other visual elements.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives.

Research and Inspiration Stay updated on design trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to inform design decisions and contribute fresh ideas to creative projects.

Time Management Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to project timelines and deadlines, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Photoshoots Support on-set with photoshoot coordination when required

Organize/coordinate shoot samples as needed

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications Bachelor's degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

Strong knowledge and experience in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.

Strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects and proficiency in typography, layout, and color theory.

Basic understanding of web design principles and familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to evolving project requirements.

Passion for design, creativity, and continuous learning in a fast-paced work environment.

Video editing considered an asset

Hybrid 4 days in office, 1 day remote per week.

Salary band $65-75K
