Job Summary Job Title:
Labor and Compliance Administrator
Responsibilities
Auditing for compliance with prevailing wage and communicating any possible issues in-house and with subcontractors
Assist in maintaining shared and personal email
Communicating issues efficiently and properly to all levels of employees, management, subcontractors, and customers
Requesting information from Unions and Apprentice committees; submit reports as directed weekly while maintaining employee confidentiality
Assisting in data entry across all Labor Compliance platforms such as ECPR/DIR, LCP Tracker, Emars, Elations, Ecomply, Elations, LA USD, L&I, WH347
Effectively completing required forms timely and correctly—such as DAS140, DAS142, fringe benefit statements, labor law checklist, CAC, employee deduction forms
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
2 years of certified payroll experience
Prevailing wage knowledge in CA, NV, AZ, WA and Davis Bacon/Federal a plus
LCP Tracker experience a plus (entering and administrative)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills via phone, email and messaging platforms
Ability to troubleshoot issues independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Adobe and Word
Able to multitask
Organizational and analytical skills a must
Understanding of fringe benefits for union and non-union employees
Ability to navigate internet websites such as DOL, prevailing wage sites for NV, CA and WA, CA DIR and SAM.GOV
