Job Description We are seeking a dependable and experienced Janitorial Shift Supervisor to oversee evening cleaning operations at our Greensboro location. This role involves supervising janitorial staff, ensuring cleaning standards are met, and assisting with hands‑on cleaning as needed.
Responsibilities
Supervise and support janitorial staff during assigned shift
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to company standards
Perform quality checks and address any issues promptly
Assist with general cleaning duties when needed
Ensure proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment
Communicate staffing or facility issues to management
Requirements
Previous janitorial or cleaning experience required
Supervisory experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks
