Responsibilities

Own and lead the social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and other platforms to support brand and business goals. Oversee and manage the social media content calendar for Ivy City and Ivy City Showroom, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business priorities. Direct and create high-quality content (stories, videos, graphics) while maintaining a consistent brand voice and look. Monitor social channels for emerging trends, engagement opportunities, and brand mentions; guide proactive participation in relevant conversations. Write and approve captions, select visuals, and optimize content per platform for maximum performance. Manage scheduling and publishing of posts through social media tools (Sprout Social required). Oversee community engagement, ensuring timely, brand-appropriate responses to comments, messages, and tags. Collaborate cross-functionally with design, marketing, and product teams to lead campaign and launch initiatives. Analyze, track, and report on KPIs (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions), presenting actionable insights to leadership. Manage relationships with external vendors, freelancers, or content creators as needed to support social media goals. Drive continuous improvement by testing new formats, tools, and strategies to grow brand presence and customer engagement. Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in social media management or marketing, ideally in retail/e-commerce. Proven ability to develop and lead social strategies that drive measurable growth and business impact. Strong understanding of social platforms, best practices, and trends, with hands‑on content creation skills. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Self‑motivated and driven, with a strong desire to take initiative and deliver impact. Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools, experience with Sprout required. Strong leadership mindset—proactive, accountable, and able to guide projects from strategy through execution. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
