Description
Full‑time tenure‑track faculty position in the Psychology department. The incumbent will teach undergraduate courses, advise students, promote the program, contribute to program assessment, mentor students, and actively participate in the Bethel University community. Candidates must have a Christian commitment and be able to integrate Christian faith into the classroom.
Responsibilities
Teach undergraduate‑level courses in the Psychology program.
Advise students.
Promote the Psychology program to prospective students.
Contribute to program assessment.
Mentor students.
Participate positively in the Bethel University community.
Qualifications
Ph.D. in Psychology or Psy.D. (required).
Evidence of teaching excellence.
Good interpersonal skills.
Scholarly pursuits.
Cultural competence with traditional‑aged students.
