Responsibilities
Develop and execute global marketing strategies for defense and commercial sectors across U.S., EMEA, and APAC
Oversee and expand the company’s digital presence, including strategic management of social media platforms and the corporate website to enhance brand visibility
Write and distribute press releases to promote new products, partnerships, and company milestones
Conduct thorough market analysis, identifying trends, opportunities, and benchmarks from both direct competitors and aspirational brands to shape positioning and messaging strategies.
Collaborate with sales, finance, and technical teams to ensure marketing efforts support organizational goals
Provide support for trade shows and industry events, including booth design, branding, and logistics (up to 10% travel required for event setup, execution, and on-site marketing support)
Requirements
Degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field, with several years of professional experience in brand or digital marketing, preferably in the defense industry
Creative mindset with proven copywriting and content development skills, capable of shaping compelling narratives for technical and defense-oriented audiences
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Physical readiness: ability to lift up to 50 lbs., move equipment and materials as needed
Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to two times per year
Export Control Requirements: To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
